National Informatics Centre Services Inc. (NICSI) was set up in 1995 as a section 25 Company under NIC, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India to provide total IT solutions to the Government organizations.

Empanelment with – Delhi State

MGRM is empanelled with ICSIL for providing e governance compliant Expert solutions in various domains. Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd., (ICSIL) is a Joint venture of TCIL – A Govt of India Enterprise and DSIDC – An Undertaking of Delhi Govt.). ICSIL is authorized to provide IT Services /solutions to Govt/semi govt sector in Delhi State.

Empanelment with UPECL – UP State

MGRM is evaluated for its IT Services / Applications in various domains by UPECL and is on their panel for providing solutions to Govt/semi govt bodies in the State of UP. UPECL is an organization which is authorized by UP State to empanel companies to provide IT solutions to all Government/semi government or public sector bodies.

MGRM – E Governance project in Education Institutes sector – NDMC

To meet the initiative of NDMC for creation of an integrated environment, through easy and convenient access to information and services for students, parents, teachers and management, MGRM is deploying M-Star SCHOOL EXPERT SYSTEM for 77 schools of NDMC including Navyug Schools, and approximate 25000 students and staff with support to transform NDMC school environment by providing efficient, convenient, transparent, integrated e-governance services to students, teachers, management and parents in the areas of academics and non academics
